Social video ads are short, engaging video advertisements designed for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. They can be in-feed, stories, reels, or pre/mid-roll formats, mostly optimized for mobile viewing.
They are effective for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, benefiting from platform-specific targeting and analytics. They perform best when they are concise, visually compelling, and aligned with the platform’s user behavior.
To be able to start working on your order, we need the following information:
• All banner sizes you want for your campaign;
• All ad copy to be included on the banners;
• The landing page URL the ads will link to;
• Optional requests you might want to share.
In addition, we need all media assets you want to have in your banners:
• Brand logo;
• Product / background images;
• Illustrations, icons, videos.
For best results, we recommend high resolution images and vector formats where possible.
Your order progresses through 3 stages before it's ready to download:
• Research stage — We research your brand identity and target audience, making sure our creatives will represent your brand and attract your audience.
• Proofing stage — Using our research and your briefing, we create and provide a design proof that you can review with your team. Based on your feedback, we revision it and update it for further review.
• Delivery stage — Once you are happy with the proof, we design all remaining banner sizes to match the style, and deliver everything as soon as they are ready.
Our standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days for each stage (24 hours with the Extra Fast Turnaround add-on). Total time between placing your order and final delivery depends a lot on the order size, complexity, and how soon and often you request changes during the proofing stage.
• Extra Fast Turnaround — Our turnaround time becomes 24 hours or less (per stage) compared to the standard 2-3 business days.
• Include Source Files — When completing your order, we will also provide the editable source files for your banners.
• Include Stock Photos — In case you don't have media assets to provide (or want additional ones), we will find and use the most suitable ones on Shutterstock or Adobe Stock.
Sometimes it's smart to relaunch a successful ad campaign, but with minor changes.
We will use the source files of previously completed orders to quickly make tweaks to the banners, while keeping their layout intact. Eligible tweaks include ad copy changes and images swaps.
Variation Orders are 60% cheaper compared to regular orders.
Banner orders are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that refund eligibility is lost if you approved creatives from your order prior to requesting the refund.
