Privacy policy

Oxavo Studio SRL (“revenueJack”, “we” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how we process Personal Data (as defined below) we gather through our website at https://www.revenuejack.com/ (“Site”), or when you interact with revenueJack services including the revenueJack Dashboard (together, the “Services”). It also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Data, and how you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns.

Please note that capitalized terms not defined here shall have the same meaning as set forth in our Terms of Service.

In addition to the activities described in this Policy, we may process Personal Data on behalf of our commercial customers when they use the Services. We may process such Personal Data as a data processor of our commercial customers, which are the entities responsible for the data processing. To understand how a commercial customer processes your Personal Data, please refer to that customer's privacy policy.

1. Personal Data We Collect

In this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We may collect and process Personal Data about you in the ways outlined below. Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your Personal Data, as well as the consequences of failing to do so. If you do not provide Personal Data when requested, you may not be able to benefit from our Services if that information is necessary to provide you with them or if we are legally required to collect it.

Log data

When you visit our Site, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, logins, searches, uploads, downloads, design edits, and other details.

Device data

We may also collect data about the device you’re using to access our Site. This data may include the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and geo-location data. What we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. We recommend checking the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn what information they make available to us.

Information you provide to us

When you sign up with our Service (including, but not limited to the revenueJack Dashboard), we may collect Personal Data, such as your:

• Name
• Email
• Work address or billing address
• Payment information

As you use the Service as a registered User, we may also collect information that will allow us to provide the Service in a reliable manner, including to assist you with any requests or issues regarding the functioning of the Service. Such information may include:

• IP addresses of the devices you use to log into your revenueJack account
• Dates and times of your logins
• Dates and times of your purchases

If you fill in a contact form or request to download a resource, you may be asked to provide Personal Data such as, but not limited to, your full name, your email address and your consent to receive marketing communications and materials.

If you leave comments or replies to comments on our blog (https://www.revenuejack.com/blog/), you may be required to provide your name, your email address and, optionally, your website URL. We require this Personal Data in order to ensure that you are a real person and to avoid spam. We do not use this Personal Data for marketing or any other purposes.

If you provide payment details such as credit card numbers, these will be collected and stored on the servers of our payment processors in order to enable one-time and recurring payments to us. We do not have access to credit card numbers. If you wish to delete this information from the servers of our payment processors, you can do so by accessing your account settings or by contacting the payment processor.

All passwords are non-reversibly encrypted before they are saved to the database, to reduce the risk of them being used by third parties, such as in the event of a hacking attack.

2. Cookies

We use “cookies” to collect information about you and your activity across our Site. A cookie is a small piece of data that our Site stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use our Site. This helps us serve you content based on preferences you have specified. Cookies cannot pass viruses, harm your computer or pass on private information such as an email address without the user's intervention. Cookies contain session identification numbers that allow our systems to recall previous sessions for authentication efforts and assemble information from our gathered data. 3. How We Use Personal Data

• we need to process your data to comply with a legal obligation

Where you consent to our use of information about you for a specific purpose, you have the right to change your mind at any time (but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place).

5. How We Share Your Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data to:

• third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services to us, including (without limitation) IT service providers, CRM, email providers, customer support and account management, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors and payment systems operators. These third parties may have access to your information only for purposes of performing tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Policy;
• our employees, contractors and/or related entities;
• sponsors or promoters of any competition we run;

We take measures to delete your Personal Data or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we need to retain certain information as required by law, including to comply with tax requirements, or for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or enforce our terms and conditions.

When determining the specific retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of service provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, and mandatory retention periods provided by law and the relevant statute of limitations.

7. Your Rights in Relation to Your Personal Data

By providing Personal Data to us, you acknowledge that we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you are under 16 years of age, you must not use the Site or the Service, and you must not disclose any Personal Data about yourself, as the Site and Service are not directed to children under sixteen (16) years of age.

If we receive Personal Data about you from a third party, we will protect it as set out in this Policy. If you are a third party providing Personal Data about somebody else, you represent and warrant that you have such person’s consent to provide the Personal Data to us.

If you are a resident or are otherwise located in Europe, this section provides additional details about your rights. Subject to certain limitations, you have the following privacy rights:

Right of access, objection, restriction of processing, erasure, and portability. You can make a request to access, object, restrict, erase, or transfer any of your personal data by emailing us at support@revenuejack.com. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time when we process your personal data based on your consent. If you ask us to restrict or limit how we process your personal information, we will let you know how the restriction affects your use of our Site and Service.
Right of correction. If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us at support@revenuejack.com. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date.
Right to opt-out to direct marketing. You have the right to opt-out at any time of receiving marketing materials from us by following the opt-out instructions in our commercial emails, by contacting us, or by adjusting your email preferences in your user account settings. Please note that we reserve the right to send you other communications, including service announcements and administrative messages relating to your account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
Right not to be subject to an automated decision, including profiling. We do not make automated decisions using your personal data that may negatively impact you.
Right to complain. If you believe that we have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us at support@revenuejack.com and provide us with full details of the alleged breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. 8. Third Parties

Our Site may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

9. Security

Your privacy and the security of your Personal Data are important to us. We maintain and protect the security of our servers and your Personal Data. No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, however. Accordingly, despite the safeguards in place to protect your Personal Data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or to or from our online products or services. You transmit all such information at your own risk. However, once we receive your Personal Data, we will undertake all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems. To secure the information we collect online, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure only appropriate use of information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic and management safeguards. We require user names and passwords to access sensitive data. Unless you authorize unencrypted transmission, we will use industry standard encryption methods to protect your data transmission.

The Personal Data we collect is stored and processed in the United States, or where we or our partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities.

Where required by law, we will ensure that any transfer of Personal Data from countries in Europe (including the UK) to countries outside Europe will be protected by appropriate safeguards.

Where we transfer personal information from a non-European country to another country, you acknowledge that third parties in other jurisdictions may not be subject to similar data protection laws to the ones in our jurisdiction. There are risks if any such third party engages in any act or practice that would contravene the data privacy laws in our jurisdiction and this might mean that you will not be able to seek redress under our jurisdiction’s privacy laws.

At our discretion, we may change this Policy to reflect current acceptable practices. We will take reasonable steps to let users know about changes via our Site.
