Oxavo Studio SRL (“revenueJack”, “we” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how we process Personal Data (as defined below) we gather through our website at https://www.revenuejack.com/ (“Site”), or when you interact with revenueJack services including the revenueJack Dashboard (together, the “Services”). It also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Data, and how you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns.
Please note that capitalized terms not defined here shall have the same meaning as set forth in our Terms of Service.
In addition to the activities described in this Policy, we may process Personal Data on behalf of our commercial customers when they use the Services. We may process such Personal Data as a data processor of our commercial customers, which are the entities responsible for the data processing. To understand how a commercial customer processes your Personal Data, please refer to that customer's privacy policy.
In this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We may collect and process Personal Data about you in the ways outlined below. Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your Personal Data, as well as the consequences of failing to do so. If you do not provide Personal Data when requested, you may not be able to benefit from our Services if that information is necessary to provide you with them or if we are legally required to collect it.
Log data
When you visit our Site, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, logins, searches, uploads, downloads, design edits, and other details.
Device data
We may also collect data about the device you’re using to access our Site. This data may include the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and geo-location data. What we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. Information you provide to us
When you sign up with our Service (including, but not limited to the revenueJack Dashboard), we may collect Personal Data, such as your:

• Email
• Work address or billing address
• Payment information
As you use the Service as a registered User, we may also collect information that will allow us to provide the Service in a reliable manner, including to assist you with any requests or issues regarding the functioning of the Service. Such information may include:
• IP addresses of the devices you use to log into your revenueJack account
• Dates and times of your logins
• Dates and times of your purchases
If you fill in a contact form or request to download a resource, you may be asked to provide Personal Data such as, but not limited to, your full name, your email address and your consent to receive marketing communications and materials.
If you leave comments or replies to comments on our blog (https://www.revenuejack.com/blog/), you may be required to provide your name, your email address and, optionally, your website URL. We require this Personal Data in order to ensure that you are a real person and to avoid spam. We do not use this Personal Data for marketing or any other purposes.
If you provide payment details such as credit card numbers, these will be collected and stored on the servers of our payment processors in order to enable one-time and recurring payments to us. We do not have access to credit card numbers. If you wish to delete this information from the servers of our payment processors, you can do so by accessing your account settings or by contacting the payment processor.
All passwords are non-reversibly encrypted before they are saved to the database, to reduce the risk of them being used by third parties, such as in the event of a hacking attack.
We use “cookies” to collect information about you and your activity across our Site. A cookie is a small piece of data that our Site stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use our Site. This helps us serve you content based on preferences you have specified. Cookies cannot pass viruses, harm your computer or pass on private information such as an email address without the user's intervention. • Right not to be subject to an automated decision, including profiling. We do not make automated decisions using your personal data that may negatively impact you.
• Right to complain. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint.
