Every order progresses through 3 stages before it's delivered:
• Research stage — We research your brand identity and target audience, to make sure our design will reach the highest CTR (Click-Through Rate) possible.
• Proofing stage — Using our research and your briefing, we build the design proof that you can review with your team. Based on your feedback, we will revision it and upload it for further review.
• Delivery stage — Once you are happy with the design proof, you can approve it, and our team will build all ordered banner sizes matching the proofs style and feel, and deliver them whenever they are ready.
Our standard turnaround time is between 1 and 3 business days for each stage (24 hours or less with the Extra Fast Turnaround option). Total time between placing your order and final delivery depends a lot on the order size, complexity, and how soon and often you request changes during the proofing stage.
At the end of the ordering process, you will need to fill out an intake form with your briefing, providing us the following information: all ordered banner Sizes, the Ad Copy and Call to Action button you want us to include in the banners, the Landing Page URL your banners should link to, and any other Notes you want to share with us.
In addition, we will need any Image Assets to be used in your banners: photos, images, illustrations, and your brand logo. For best results and quality retina design for your banners make sure to provide high resolution or vectorial assets when possible.
We offer the following optional Premium Options for your orders:
• Extra Fast Turnaround — Our turnaround time becomes 24 hours or less compared to the standard 1 to 3 business days.
• Include Source Files — When completing your order, we will also provide the editable source files for your banners.
• Include Stock Photos — In case you don't have suitable photos for your banners or want additional ones, we will search for the perfect ones to fit your campaign.
Sometimes it's smart to relaunch a successful ad campaign, but with a few minor tweaks. Variation Orders are designed exactly for that.
We will use the source files of previously designed banners to quickly make these changes while keeping the layout intact.
Eligible tweaks to Variation Orders include small ad copy changes and image swaps, as long as they don't require redesigning the layout.
In case we don't manage to design something you like, you can request a refund.
Please note that we won’t refund the transaction if you approved and downloaded the banners prior to requesting the refund, or if it's been more than 30 days since placing the order.
We only design banners through revenueJack.
For your banners to appear on websites or social media feeds, you will need an advertising platform like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
